1 2003 年高考全国数学试题评议

对 2003 年全国高考数学试卷、评卷进行内涵研究时,离不开对下面两个特

殊背景的关注:(1)2003 年全国高考数学试卷(适应于全国约 20 个省)是最

后一次依据统编教材的内容来命题的,而且《普通高中数学课程标准》在高考

前两个多月的三月底就正式公布了;(2)2003 届高考考生主要是高校 1999 年

第一次扩招后于次年 2000 年引发的第一次高中扩招后的应届毕业生。上述背景

的特殊性,决定了对 2003 年全国高考数学试卷、评卷(以下简称试卷、评卷)

进行透析意义。

1.1 试题溯源 试卷中的试题所涉及到的内容及其词汇、符号、图形、

句法都没有超出统编教材,现就试题的明显痕迹追溯其编制根源。

1.1.1 源于统编教材 理科(21)题(即文科未题)留有统编教材《平面

解析几何》第 2.11 节例 2 的痕迹,理科未题与统编教材《代数》下册第 9.7 节

中的杨辉三角是相仿的。

1.1.2 迎合试验教材 运用试验教材中的空间向量可以顺畅地简易地解

答理科(18)题,运用试验教材中的简易逻辑能对(19)题够准确审题并使解

题思路清晰。

1.1.3 刷新高考陈题 理科(13)题即文科(14)题雷同于 1999 年上海

市高考题(3)——(X3+2 / X2)5 展开式中含 X5 项的系数为

1.1.5 借用史料雏形 理科(15) 题即文科(16)题的命题背景更可以追溯 到 1850 年由英国人格思里提出,经过 世界各国 100 多位数学家探索,最后于 1976 年被美国学者阿佩尔等人用计算机证明的四色问题。
1.1.6 跟踪教研步伐 在我参与审稿的期刊《中学数学》中,2001 年第 5 期第 28 页例 4(邱僖编题)的直观背景与理科(21)题即文科未题是相近的, 2002 年第 3 期第 34 页例 4(王美琨编题)、第 35 页第 6 题(甘大旺编题)与理 科(10)题的接连多次轴对称的解题思路是相近的。其它刊物也都可能引导了 高考命题新潮流。

1.2 试题特点 试卷给考生最强烈的整体感受是“难度大、难得分”,其 实怎样呢?

1.2.1 试题没有超出教材范围,但演算量较大。试卷没有出现临时定义的 阅读试题,试题内容都在统编教材之内,但计算量确实较大。比如,理科试卷

的 12 道选择题只有第(3)、(4)、(9)、(10)题可以用特例法快速筛选答案, 而 2002 年、2001 年全国理科试卷分别有 6 道、7 道选择题可用特例法解答。再 如,以往第 1 道解答题往往是低起点安慰送分题,解题方法简单、演算过程简 易,但今年理科试卷第 1 道大题涉及到复数求模、多项式乘法和解方程等繁杂 运算,考生要么半途而废要么花费过多时间解完此题。

1.2.2 试题编制遵照考试说明,但难度缺乏弹性标准。从整体上看试题的 编制基本上履行了考试说明的承诺,理科试卷代数 90 分、立体几何 26 分、解

析几何 34 分,很接近《考度说明》中代数约占 60%,立体几何约占 20%,解 析几何约占 20%的分数比例;文理试卷选择题 60 分,填空题 16 分,解答题 74 分,也很接近《考试说明》中这三类题型依次约占 40%、10%、50%的分数比 例。

1990 年至今的几经修改的《考试说明》一直保持着难度为 0.7 以上的容易 题、难度为 0.4~0.7 的中等题、难度为 0.4 以下的难度题的分值之比约为 3:5: 2,照此推算,试卷的总体难度应在(0.7+0.1)×3/10+(0.4+0.7)÷2×5/10+(0.4 —0.1)×2/10=0.575 左右,则全国高考数学平均得分宜控制在 150×0.575=86 分 左右,这样的预期效果以前一般都实现了,但今年的考生主要是高中扩招后的

首届毕业生,学生基础普遍差。1990 年高中应届毕业生不足同龄人的 15%,而 2003 年高中应届毕业生约占同龄人的 45%,倘若让 1990 届的考生经过 2003 届 考生的同样复习备考,我坚信他们的平均分一定能够达到及格分。另悉,2003 年上海高考数学试卷并不难,但平均得分却也不及格。由此可见,试卷难度系

数的标准没有随着考生的增多而进行动态调整。

1.2.3 试题不来自名区(市)名校的名卷,有利于打破题海战术。今年试 卷中的 6 道解答题都不是根据全国教育、文化、政治、经济繁荣的区域近几年 的高三模拟试题(质检题、调研题)所改编、粉饰所得到的,这对于打破题海

战术,体现教育公平都具有积极作用。

1.2.4 试题难易交错,搅乱应试阵脚。对于理科试卷的 6 道解答题,根据 考生估分、抽样统计、试题原序可推测它们对考生来说由易到难的次序大概是

“(19)—(22)—(17)—(20)—(21)—(18)”,许多考生花费较长时间 解完第(17)题(不管正确与否)后,接着在解答第(18)题时思维受阻,这 时情绪沮丧到了极点,认为后面的题目更难而慌乱答题。这在客观上充分暴露

了平时应试教育的常规套路及其弊端。但笔者认为这不是命题专家的主观所为,

因为命题专家认定的难(易)题不一定就是考生所感受到的难(易)题。

1.2.5 试题促进教研教改,阵痛过后显生机。面对六分之五考生的理科试

习被新课标分为数学探究和数学建模两大类,但这两大类有时又是密不可分的。

在数学探究中,主要选取疑惑问题或史科问题作为探究课题,让学生通过自主

探索和合作研讨,了解数学概念和结论的发生发展流程,初步体验到科学发现

和创造的激情,培养勇于质疑和善于反思的数学潜质;在教学建模中,要引导

学生掌握“感受情境——提出问题——建立模型——解决问题——检验结果—

—作出结论”的数学建模过程,体验到数学的价值和数学学习的价值,培养理
